Invisalign® aligners are a discreet and effective orthodontic treatment option. They are worn comfortably over your teeth to adjust alignment and spacing continuously. These aligners are custom-made using models of your current teeth and the desired result. You’ll switch to new aligners every two weeks, with each set shifting your teeth slightly. This process continues until you achieve your final results, which usually takes two years. You should remove the Invisalign® aligners only for eating, drinking, and cleaning. Initially, they may feel very tight, but they will begin to loosen and feel more comfortable after a few days.
To start, we will take photos of your teeth and face, dental impressions of your teeth, and x-rays. These records are then sent to Invisalign® along with detailed instructions on how we want the final result to look. Invisalign® will use the impressions to create a 3D model of your teeth and collaborate with your dentist to ensure the aligners are perfectly fitted. Once ready, the trays are produced and sent to your dentist’s office. You will wear each set of trays for two weeks at a time, for approximately 2 years or the duration determined by your dentist.

Invisalign® can also help with minor bite issues, although it’s important to note that not all orthodontic problems can be treated with Invisalign®. More extensive issues may require additional treatment.
According to Invisalign®’s website, the cost for this treatment is similar to the cost of metal braces. Costs can vary, depending on:
